This is legit the EASIEST and most delish chicken fettuccine alfredo recipe ever. Thanks to my friend Ashlyn Melton for sharing her recipe! Most would think this is a difficult dish to make but it’s actually quite the opposite!

This is one of my GO TO meals for a fast easy filling dinner. It’s also a great recipe to make for a crowd!
Ingredients:
- Pasta of choice: I use bow-tie (so technically NOT Fettucine lol)
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/2 of a tall bottle of heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 bottle of grated Parmesan cheese
- raw chicken (however much your family will eat)
- basil
- rosemary
- oregano
- parsley
- Italian seasoning
- garlic salt
- pepper

Directions:
- Boil pasta as desired.
- Heat some oil (I use olive) over medium heat in a large pan.
- Season raw chicken on each side with all seasonings.
- Pan fry chicken until cooked thoroughly, but not too long as to assure it’s juicy tender. (I cut my chicken breasts in half horizontally so they won’t be as thick.) Remove from pan.
- In the same pan over medium heat, melt 1/2 stick of butter.
- Once melted, add 1/2 bottle of heavy whipping cream.
- Whisk until completely mixed and barely bubbles up from the heat.
- Once it bubbles, add 1/2 bottle of grated parmesan cheese (or more, depends on your taste).
- Whisk together until completely combined.
- Add pepper. (Don’t salt unless you just want to! Parmesan cheese is already very salty!)
- To serve, I layer pasta, then chicken, then sauce on top. Voila. Best pasta night everrrr!
