If there’s one thing I like, it’s a party. If there’s something I like better than that, it’s a party with GOOD PARTY FOOD. This buffalo chicken dip appetizer has the perfect kick to get those taste buds ready for the main course.
Simple ingredients, oven baked, fast and easy. These will be repeated words around this blog. They make the best recipes! And this dip recipe fits perfectly along those lines.
Ingredients Needed:
- Chicken- I use a rotisserie chicken, or just two chicken breasts boiled.
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup of Ranch- I make mine homemade from the ” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>I use Sweet Baby Ray’s Wing Sauce
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of garlic salt
- 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar
- 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Set oven to 375.
- In a saucepot, combine the cream cheese, hot sauce, seasonings and ranch until thoroughly heated.
- Add in the chicken, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and one cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer it to a baking dish, and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the sides are bubbling.
- Set oven to broil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove and serve with Fritos, crackers, or tortilla chips.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
